58win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending review if unusual betting patterns are detected, if account verification is incomplete, or if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement. Withdrawal to Same Method: For security reasons, withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players equally.
58win offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn. All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account policy.
If 58win determines that a player is abusing bonus promotions — through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — the relevant bonuses may be voided and the account reviewed. Genuine recreational play is always welcome.
All games available on the 58win platform — including Slot Games, Fish Games and Live Casino tables — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by any player-specific factors including account history, balance size, or previous bet amounts.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game round, 58win will investigate the issue using server-side logs. If a game round cannot be verified as complete, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. Interrupted rounds that completed successfully on the server will be settled according to the outcome recorded at the time of completion.
Once confirmed, bets placed in Slot Games and Fish Games cannot be cancelled. Live Casino bets may be cancelled only within the pre-game betting window where the game interface provides that option. Placed bets are final once the game round has commenced.

If a Cricket match or other sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, Football and Esports markets. Odds during in-play betting update continuously to reflect the current state of play. 58win may suspend in-play markets temporarily at any time during a match. Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
If odds are published due to a manifest error — for example, a Cricket match listed at clearly incorrect prices due to a technical or human error — 58win reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This right is exercised only in genuine cases of clear error, not simply because an outcome was unexpected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58win platform. Engaging in any prohibited behaviour may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with 58win games or the sportsbook. Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
Using 58win to deposit, layer or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. Any pattern of deposit and withdrawal without meaningful gameplay will be flagged and reported as required.
Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, avoiding account restrictions or circumventing a self-exclusion period.

58win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reason to believe that the Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms violation, your balance will be held pending the outcome of our investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, all or part of the balance may be forfeited. Where no violation is found, the balance will be released or returned.
